Imaginarium is a family-friendly, 3D immersive light show at Fairplex. Boasting more than five million lights, guests will wind their way through rose gardens, explore illuminated forest mazes, be mesmerized by magical mirror rooms, and travel through a light-based fantasy zone with more than 25 life-like characters across eight action-packed zones. Coming back for our second year in Ontario Mills, we are confident this will be the most immersive light experience you’ve experienced.

General Admission ticket prices vary based on the day and whether tickets are purchased in advance. Additionally, we have discounts available for Nevada Residents, Military, Groups, and periodic event promotions. To reschedule your ticket date, please contact us with your order number & email address used at checkout. You can reach us via: Email: imagine@imaginarium360.com, Website Chat, or by completing a support request here and selecting “Reschedule Attendance” as the request type.
If you leave the event with the intent of returning, have your hand stamped to allow for re-rentry.

No outside food, beverages, or coolers can be brought into the festival grounds. However, exceptions are made for Guests with special dietary needs, including food allergies and baby food/formula.
Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and “vapes,” are NOT permitted inside the main event areas. However, guests are permitted to smoke outside the event grounds and re-enter. *You must have your hand stamped to allow for re-rentry.
Wheelchairs are rented on a first-come, first-served basis. Please inquire at the Box Office for more information.
Guests can find our Lost & Found at our Box Office. If your item was not turned in during the event, items will be retrieved when the festival closes and kept at Lost and Found for the duration of the event. For information regarding a lost article, please call (725)-272-2700. * The event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or broken items.
The Lost Parents Area is located at the front Box Office area at the Imaginarium Ontario Mills event grounds entrance. For information regarding Lost Children, please call (725)-272-2700.
The Imaginarium event organizers accepts cash and Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards with ID.

Prior to your event date, you can reschedule your tickets by clicking on the link on your tickets. After your event date, please email us at imagine@imaginarium360.com with your order or barcode number and email address on the order and the day you want to attend. Replacement tickets will be emailed to you within 48 hours.
There is no charge to reschedule your tickets. If you are unable to reschedule your tickets using the link on the ticket, please email your request to imagine@imaginarium360.com and include the name and email address on the order and the day you want to go. We will email updated tickets to you within 48 hours of your request.
You must get your hand-stamped prior to exiting the park if you plan to return the same night.

Typical fair food such as hot dogs, snow cones, nachos and a variety of snacks and beverages are available at the food trucks and near the box office.
Imaginarium is open Tuesday through Sunday, we are closed Mondays. Gates open at 6:30 pm. On weekdays we close at 10 pm, Fri-Sun we close at 11 pm
You may arrive anytime on your ticket day. Allow one and a half to two hours to enjoy all there is to see and do.
Parking for Imaginarium Fairplex is $17 per vehicle and can be purchased upon entering the Fairplex property
Service animals for visually impaired are welcome at Imaginarium. Small dogs under 15 lbs that are confined in strollers, handbags or backpacks will be admitted. Dogs and other animals on or off-leash are not permitted.
Wheelchairs are available for rent on a first come basis. The rental fee is $15. Please check at the box office for availability. We do not rent strollers.
Can I bring a stroller or wagon for my children?
Photos and video for personal use are encouraged. Commercial photography is prohibited without express written consent of Imaginarium management.
Yes, you may bring a selfie-stick for personal photos. Our event staff is also available to assist with taking photos using your device.

Costumes may be worn on Oct 27-Oct 31 but must be appropriate for all ages. Guests may be asked to remove their masks or face coverings prior to entering the park as part of our security screening. Costume accessories such as swords, batons, wands etc will be permitted at the sole discretion of park security.
If it is raining or unusually windy, we will not be open for safety reasons. If it is raining on the day you plan to come, please check our homepage for information. If you have already purchased tickets, you will receive an email advising that we are closed that day and instructions about rescheduling your tickets.
