Imaginarium is a family-friendly, 3D immersive light show. Boasting more than five million lights, guests will wind their way through rose gardens, explore illuminated forest mazes, be mesmerized by magical mirror rooms, and travel through a light-based fantasy zone with more than 25 life-like characters across eight action-packed zones.

Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and “vapes,” is NOT permitted inside the main event areas. However, guests are permitted to smoke outside the event grounds and re-enter. *You must have your hand stamped to allow for re-rentry.
General Admission ticket prices vary and each ticket includes admission to Cirque Legacy on stage nightly. Discounts are available for US military, children, and seniors. Check our website and social media for periodic special promotions.
Prior to your event date, you can reschedule your tickets by clicking on the link on your tickets. After your event date, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order or barcode number and email address on the order and the day you want to attend. Replacement tickets will be emailed to you within 48 hours.
There is no charge to reschedule your tickets. If you are unable to reschedule your tickets using the link on the ticket, please email your request to email@example.com and include the name and email address on the order and the day you want to go. We will email updated tickets to you within 48 hours of your request.
You must get your hand-stamped prior to exiting the park if you plan to return the same night.
No outside food or beverages may be brought into the festival. Exceptions are made for special dietary needs such as baby food and formula.
Typical fair food such as hot dogs, snow cones, nachos and a variety of snacks and beverages are available at the food trucks and near the box office.
Our headquarters is located in Fremont, California.
Imaginarium typically operates Tuesday through Sunday, we are closed Mondays. Gates open at 5 pm. On weekdays we close at 10 pm, Fri-Sun we close at 11 pm. This varies by event, date and location.
You may arrive anytime on your ticket day. Allow one and a half to two hours to enjoy all there is to see and do.
Service animals for visually impaired are welcome at Imaginarium. Small dogs under 15 lbs that are confined in strollers, handbags or backpacks will be admitted. Dogs and other animals on or off-leash are not permitted.
Wheelchairs are available for rent on a first come basis. The rental fee is $15. Please check at the box office for availability. We do not rent strollers.
Photos and video for personal use are encouraged. Commercial photography is prohibited without express written consent of Imaginarium management.
Yes, you may bring a selfie-stick for personal photos. Our event staff is also available to assist with taking photos using your device.
Imaginarium is committed to providing a fun and safe environment for all our guests, including those with sensitivities and/or disabilities. If you have special needs, please contact us in advance of your visit at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to make reasonable accommodations so your entire group can enjoy our festival.
Costumes may be worn on Oct 27-Oct 31 but must be appropriate for all ages. Guests may be asked to remove their masks or face coverings prior to entering the park as part of our security screening. Costume accessories such as swords, batons, wands etc will be permitted at the sole discretion of park security.
If it is raining or unusually windy, we will not be open for safety reasons. If it is raining on the day you plan to come, please check our homepage for information. If you have already purchased tickets, you will receive an email advising that we are closed that day and instructions about rescheduling your tickets.
