The safety and health of our patrons is top priority.  To ensure your visit is a success, we’ve implemented a revised set of protocols for this years event. Should you have questions, or require assistance, please visit our Guest Services tent.  

Your safety is our priority. All guests are required to pass through metal detectors and have their bags inspected. Inappropriate items should be left at home or in your car.

We regret that personal pages cannot be broadcasted through the festival. But you can leave messages for other members of your party at first aid.

If you are missing a member of your party, please notify a staff member and proceed to the Guest Service tent. Please see the event map for the location.

What items will be prohibited?

The following items aren’t permitted at any time:

Food/coolers
Lawn/folding chairs
Magic markers or spray paint
Glass bottles
Knives
Spiked clothing/jewelry
Fireworks/explosives
Firearms/ammunitions
Chemical weapons, mace/pepper spray
Unmanned ariel vehicles
Selfie sticks, monopods, and similar devices

To help ensure this, we’ve instilled several restrictions for any guests of certain body proportions, heights, or weights who may not be able to enjoy some rides due to the ride’s limitations. Specific ride restrictions can be found upon visiting the ride, itself, or asking Guest Relations.

As a disclaimer, there is a warning in place when partaking in any ride as there is an inherent risk if Guests decide to participate. For your safety, you must obey all written warnings regarding the ride and its restrictions. Be sure to use all safety equipment that will be provided for your convenience and protection.

We will have ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) approved bathroom stalls. All entertainment produced by Imaginarium Presents Global Winter Wonderland ® can be enjoyed comfortably by guests with disabilities.

For emergencies, First Aid assistance will be located at the Guest Service tent. Please see the event map for the location. Maps are accessible both online and in the mobile app. There is also a physical display sign throughout the park.
