Frequently Asked Questions

General Information
Imaginarium is a family-friendly, immersive walk-through light festival. Boasting more than five million lights, guests will wind their way through rose gardens, explore illuminated forest mazes, enter magical mirror rooms, capture memories in eclectic photo boxes, and journey through a fantasy zone with more than 25 larger-than-life creatures and storybook characters.
Our events are appropriate for all ages. In fact, we even build out areas within each attraction to cater towards children!
We encourage our guests to take the time to thoroughly enjoy and appreciate the attractions we offer and the time they’re spending with family and friends. That said, a general rule of thumb is to plan for between 60 and 90 minutes.

Imaginarium is committed to providing a fun and safe environment for all our guests, including those with sensitivities and/or disabilities.  If you have special needs, please contact us in advance of your visit at imagine@imaginarium360.com and we will do our best to make reasonable accommodations so your entire group can enjoy our festival.

Wheelchairs are available for rent on a first come basis. The rental fee is $15. Please check at the box office for availability. We do not rent strollers.

For safety reasons, these items are not permitted inside any of our events.
